Answers to some of the most commonly asked questions & as always if you don't find the answer here please feel free to reach out to me directly at jnicjewelry@aol.com or the contact form at the bottom of the main page!
- Do you do custom work? I am not taking on custom orders at this time. I'm always happy to make slight alterations to my current line though such as larger or smaller versions, different metals, etc.
- Can I combine any discounts? Discounts are not normally combinable - I do, on very rare occasions such as my anniversary sale, allow discounts to be combined.
- What metals do you work in? I work in .925 sterling silver, fine silver (99% pure silver), pure copper & 14kt Goldfill. These do not contain nickel.
- How do I maintain my jewelry's finish? Precious metal jewelry is best maintained by storing it out of direct sunlight in airtight containers (the little bags they are shipped in are great to store them in). All metal when exposed to elements will tarnish over time so to slow down the process it is best to store them as mentioned above. They can be touched up with soft jewelry polishing cloths (which I have available for sale under the Jewelry Add Ons category) or you can also use extra fine steel wool.
- What is the best time to reach you? I'm a one woman show so it's just me doing all the work behind the scenes. The best times are M-F 9am-7pm EST (excluding holidays). Saturdays are usually reserved for farm chores & Sundays are my down time.
- Do you ship internationally? Yes but I have turned off most international shipping for the time being with the exception of Canada & Australia. If you are outside the US or these 2 countries & would like to place an order please reach out to me.
