Refund policy
Returns
If for any reason you would like to return/exchange your items please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns & exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom orders are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return please contact me for mailing instructions & include your original invoice with the return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to my error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on your bank or credit card company.
Please contact your bank or credit card company if your refund has not posted in 7 days. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
I'm always happy to offer exchanges. Please follow same procedures as outlined above for returns.
Shipping
Buyers are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $30, I highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately I can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
