TURN AROUND TIMES
- I take great pride in hand crafting each component of each piece including the earwires, the headpins, the charms, the clasps, etc. Each component in my shop is crafted by hand by me with the exception being the chains & the spring ring clasps. As this takes time I so appreciate your patience while you wait for me to create a one of a kind piece for you! My turn around times average 7-10 business days. Sometimes it's faster & other times, like Christmas, it may be slightly longer but I will always inform you if it will be longer than 10 business days. If you need your items sooner please feel free to reach out to me or select one of the rush shipping options. Thank you!
SHIPPING
- Domestic orders with standard shipping are shipped within 7-10 business days using USPS 1st class mail with tracking & delivery confirmation.
- International orders are shipped with International First Class that includes tracking. International customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties due to their country.
- Shipping upgrades are available at checkout including Priority & Rush shipping options. Rush orders will ship within 5 business days.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- Returns & exchanges are accepted on non-worn merchandise in their original condition & packaging (earring card with rubber stoppers if they came with them) within 14 days of delivery.
- Custom orders are not returnable.
- Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order for return instructions.
- Refunds will be given minus the original shipping fees. Damaged, altered or items not in their original packaging may be subject to a loss of value.
- Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of placing your order.
