"Modesty" Earrings. Oval - My hand crafted oval charms of fine recycled silver sit snugly attached to forged sterling silver earwires... simple, modest shapes make an alluring statement.
COMPONENTS: ~14 x11mm organic ovals of recycled fine silver (99% pure silver/sterling is 92.5% silver) crafted by hand. Please note that due to their handmade nature sizes are approximate. My hand formed fine silver earwires that I have forged with my favorite hammer to add strength & grace & fused securely to the charms. An oxidized patina was added layer by layer then carefully removed by brushing & polishing by hand. (These can also be made in a brushed/matte finish shown in the diamond shape in the 5th photo)
LENGTH: Including my handforged earwires is approximately 1 1/8 inches.

All pieces are lovingly fabricated by my two little hands (with help from a few pair of pliers, a couple of my favorite hammers & my handy torch) in my loft studio on my little farm in Oglethorpe County, GA.
