"Old South Collection - Savannah" A series crafted from antique buttons I borrowed from my late grandmother's collection.. they have a Victorian feel & remind me of the architecture you'll find in some of my favorite old Southern cities.
COMPONENTS/PROCESS: ~7.5mm rounds of recycled fine silver (99% pure silver/sterling is 92.5% silver) crafted & imprinted from old antique buttons by hand by me. As I construct each one entirely by hand sizes are approximate. My handforged fine silver earwires. An oxidized patina was added layer by layer then carefully removed by brushing & polishing by hand to add depth to the design & a bit of rustic appeal.
LENGTH: Including my handforged earwires is 7/8 inches. These are petite!
